Companies must keep a register of PSC

The new regime for identifying people with significant control (PSC) of companies now applies. Companies must keep a register of PSC and send this information to Companies House when filing the Confirmation Statement (this replaces the Annual Return).  There are other obligations under the new regime – contact us for more information.
